Prince Harry is “heartbroken and confused” over the royal family’s decision to cut ties with him and Meghan Markle. Their exclusion from key events like Trooping the Colour underscores his feelings of being an outsider. He is particularly upset about being unable to support his sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, in person during her cancer battle.

Prince Harry is reportedly “confused” and “heartbroken.” He’s apparently not sure why the royal family has cut ties with him and his wife, Meghan Markle, a source has revealed. The duo stepped down from their royal duties in 2020, and subsequently moved to the US. Since then, they’ve only returned to the UK a few times.

With Harry being excluded from some major royal events, his feelings as an outsider have only grown stronger. Notably, he and Meghan were not invited to the Trooping the Colour ceremony for the second consecutive year. The event is of significance as it celebrates the British monarch’s birthday.

The source has also revealed that Harry is deeply affected by the ongoing rift. “He’s heartbroken and confused by the way they’ve cut him off and seemingly haven’t given it another thought,” the insider shared. His afflictions were further fueled when he saw footage of Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, at the Trooping the Colour. “Harry was very upset and emotional when he saw the footage of Kate at Trooping the Colour,” the source added.
